Prayer for HCMA
Ongoing Needs
Area Directors: Pray for wisdom and guidance as they oversee their areas and give counsel to their chaplains, in addition to meeting their responsibilities at their own facility
New Recruits: Ask God to send HCMA quality men and women of God who will commit to serving Him through chaplaincy with HCMA
Trainees: Pray for our student chaplains— (1) to be disciplined to complete their chaplaincy training in a timely manner; (2) to develop into all they are meant to be as a chaplain; and (3) for God to raise up the prayer and financial support they need to carry out their ministry
Interns: ask God to (1) help them further sharpen the pastoral care skills they need to be competent chaplains; and (2) open doors for a place of ministry
Office Staff: Remember those who take care of the day‐to‐day affairs of HCMA
Executive Director: Pray for wisdom and guidance and vision Ongoing Need Board of Directors: Pray for wisdom and guidance and vision
Supporters: Ask God to richly bless those who support the ministry of HCMA and its chaplains and to raise up more faithful stewards like them
National Conference Committee: Ask for wisdom and guidance as they look for a new site and try to lower the cost so more can attend.
Tri Area Conference (September 23‐25, 2012): Pray that (1) God will raise up the funds for chaplains and their spouse’s to attend; and (2) for a meaningful time together in fellowship and learning
Portland Conference (October 26, 2012): Pray that (1) God will raise up the funds for chaplains and their spouse’s to attend; and (2) for a meaningful time together in fellowship and learning
